Yeah, I know. It took me a long time to post the second part of this trip.
I had so many things to do. I life changed entirely, but I will talk about that in a different post.
First of all, I want to say: Heyyyy, I missed you all.
Secondly, I took a picture at this carnival that I couldn’t resist showing you.
Haha! He was very supportive when I tried to take a picture with him.
This is a gorgeous building from San Marco Square. I struggled a lot to catch it on my photo because it was a little bit too far and it was night. However, it worth it!
The angels from Venice! I think they “escaped” from those 100 churches I saw there.
I entered one and I was amazed by how beautiful it was. I’m not a religious person, but the architecture was incredible.
And now… the devils! Haha. Just joking. I am pretty sure these people live in Venice, because they have such a complex costume and it’s hard to believe that a tourist had the idea to buy something like that and dress up. Venice is a pretty small city and the population that live there is very very small. First of all, living in a city full of tourist everyday isn’t that great. Secondly, all the buildings are so expensive and so old that are considered work of art. Owners rent those buldings for expensive parties. Imagine how it would be going to a party where there are paintings that worth hundred thousand euros. I would be scared to touch anything.
)
These are some pictures with some masks and costumes from their stores. I like that red dress.
Imagine that a few centuries ago, people were dressing like that. Unbelieveble.
I wish you a great day!
Hugs,
Diana.
